Electrical DC 24V,12V or AC operated SIGNAL RELAY(JX-18G/1-1, jx-18a/2a2, JX-18A/2A2)

JX-18 series signal relay(relay for short below) is used in protection and auto-control devices

DC operated as a operative indicating signal.

1 Rating Voltage type rating working voltage: DC 220V,110V,48V,24V,12V; AC signal relay can be ordered by users.
Current type rating working current: 20mA～200mA; Others can be ordered.
2 Operate value Voltage type: less than 70% rating; current type: less than 90% rating.
3 Operate time Less than 20ms under rating condition.
4 Contact capacity
Relay output circuit contact can break the voltage less than 250V, 50W for the DC inductance charge circuit which time constant is 5±0.75ms. In the AC circuit which volt-age is less than 250V it is 250VA(power factor cosΦ is 0.4±0.1). Relay’s contact can make 2A for long time.
5 Medium intensity
Relay’s every electric terminals are connected together. And it can endure a 2000V and 50Hz AC voltage (virtual value) to the non-electrification metallic outside part or shell in 1 minute, and there is no insulated breakdown or flashover phenomenon.
6 Insulation resistance
Relay’s every electric terminals are connected together to the non-electrification metallic outside part or shell, its insulated resistance is less than 300MΩ measured by tramegger with opening voltage is 500V.
7 Power consumption Less than 3W.
8 Electrical endurance Relay contacts connect to circuit in regulated capacity, oper-ates reliably and resets. Electrical endurance is 105.
9 Mechanical endurance Relay can be operated reliably and reset without charge.Mechanical endurance is 106.
10 Anti-disturb capability Relay’s anti-disturb is accord with DL478-92 (<<Static Relay Protection and Security Auto-device currency Tech>>)
